1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdrummg (the "Company", "Platform", "we", or "us"). By accessing the bdrummg website at https://bdrummg.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to engage in online gaming activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• The information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdrummg platform. Your continued use of bdrummg following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to bdrummg is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. Registration and continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing representation that you satisfy all of these requirements.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with bdrummg, make any deposit, place any bet, or participate in any promotion. bdrummg strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age from any player at any point during their account lifetime. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited. bdrummg reserves the right to report instances of underage gambling to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bdrummg's primary market is Bangladesh. Players located in Bangladesh and accessing the platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are the intended user base. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law access the platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. bdrummg does not represent that the services offered on this platform are legal or available in every jurisdiction. It is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of bdrummg complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

2.3 Capacity and Competence

You represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that limits your capacity to enter into contracts or to engage in gambling activities, you are not permitted to use bdrummg.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from bdrummg or any affiliated platform are prohibited from creating a new account or attempting to circumvent their self-exclusion. Any account opened in violation of an active self-exclusion order will be immediately closed and all funds held in that account will be returned to the verified payment method on file, minus any winnings generated after the self-exclusion was in effect.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of bdrummg services — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and slot games — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information and to agree to these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, your date of birth, and a verified mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. All information provided must be truthful and current. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active bdrummg account at any time. Operating duplicate accounts — whether under your own identity or under any other name, mobile number, payment account, or device — is strictly prohibited. bdrummg uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Following investigation, all accounts may be permanently closed and all balances held across those accounts may be forfeited at bdrummg's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdrummg account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated tool to manage your account activity. bdrummg will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdrummg support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdrummg reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Verification requests are typically triggered at first withdrawal or at any point where account activity raises a compliance flag. Acceptable documents for identity verification include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. bdrummg may also request proof of payment method ownership — for example, confirmation that the bKash or Nagad number used for deposits is registered in your name. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.5 Account Currency

All bdrummg accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no facility to hold balances in foreign currencies. All deposits, withdrawals, game wagers, and winnings are calculated, displayed, and settled in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent Bangladeshi Taka amounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdrummg's cashier is designed specifically for the Bangladeshi mobile financial services (MFS) ecosystem. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in BDT via the payment methods listed below. bdrummg does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges independently of bdrummg.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash — Deposits and withdrawals via bKash Send Money. Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single transaction: subject to bKash's own transaction limits.
• Nagad — Deposits and withdrawals via Nagad Send Money. Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Rocket — Deposits and withdrawals via Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking). Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Upay — Deposits and withdrawals via Upay digital wallet. Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Bank Transfer — Direct bank transfers supported from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer processing time: two to six hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdrummg account balance within two to three minutes of a successful MFS transaction. If a deposit has not been credited within ten minutes, you are advised to contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number. bdrummg is not responsible for delays caused by the MFS provider's own systems or network outages.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bdrummg are processed within five minutes for standard amounts via bKash and Nagad, subject to completion of identity verification. Withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction may be subject to an additional manual review period of up to 24 hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been pre-verified on your account. bdrummg does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

bdrummg reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: identity verification has not been completed; the account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity; a chargeback or disputed transaction is pending; or the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements. In all such cases, bdrummg will notify the player of the reason for the delay via their registered contact information and will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly.

4.5 Inactive Account Balances

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdrummg reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing the player with prior written notice via their registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 12 months may be closed at bdrummg's discretion.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

bdrummg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players throughout the year, including seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and ICC T20 World Cup. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by bdrummg, unless the specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by bdrummg are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms and conditions, displayed at the point of offer. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to complete wagering within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the bdrummg platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply: slots — 100% contribution; live casino table games — 10% contribution; sports betting — 100% contribution. Games that are excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly indicated in the promotion's individual terms. Placing wagers on excluded games while a bonus is active does not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdrummg operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-risk or hedge bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion; and any pattern of betting that bdrummg reasonably determines to be designed to extract bonus value rather than to engage in genuine entertainment. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdrummg reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings generated with the bonus, and permanently close the player's account.

5.4 Promotions Calendar

bdrummg runs promotional offers throughout the calendar year. Players are encouraged to check the promotions section of the platform regularly. Seasonal highlights include: bKash Deposit Bonus during Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha; BPL Cricket Cashback Promotion during the Bangladesh Premier League season; Pohela Boishakh Free Spins offer; and Victory Day Special Tournament each December 16. All promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms plus any additional terms stated within the specific promotion.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

bdrummg is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The games available on the bdrummg platform are supplied by independently audited third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by human dealers in licensed studio facilities.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdrummg platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that interacts with the platform without a human operator actively directing each action.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players in live poker, live table games, or sports betting syndicates in a manner that distorts market odds or game outcomes to the detriment of bdrummg or other players.
• Any form of money laundering, including using bdrummg accounts to cycle funds from illicit sources through the platform's cashier.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location at any point during registration, verification, or normal account operation.

6.2 Disputed Game Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect or that a technical error has affected the result of a bet or spin, you must raise the dispute with bdrummg support within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated due to the time-limited availability of game server logs. bdrummg will investigate all disputes in good faith and will respond with a written outcome within seven business days. The decisions of the game provider's certified RNG system are final in all cases where no technical error is established.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

bdrummg's sports betting markets — including all BPL cricket, Bangladesh Tigers international cricket, ICC T20 World Cup, IPL, and football markets — are governed by a separate set of Sport Betting Rules, which are available on the platform. The Sport Betting Rules form part of these Terms & Conditions. Key principles include: void bets on abandoned or rescheduled events (unless stated otherwise in market-specific rules); settlement at the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.); and the right of bdrummg to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

bdrummg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described in this section. Equally, players may close their own accounts at any time by submitting a written request to the support team.

7.1 Closure by bdrummg

bdrummg may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice where: a breach of these Terms has been detected; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; the account has been used in connection with money laundering; false identity or age information has been provided; or a court order or regulatory direction requires the account to be closed. In cases of closure due to confirmed breach, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at bdrummg's discretion.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bdrummg account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt of a closure request, bdrummg will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) to your registered payment method within five business days. Once an account has been closed at your request, bdrummg strongly recommends that you do not attempt to open a replacement account if your reason for closure relates to problem gambling. Use the self-exclusion pathway instead.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool that allows any player to voluntarily restrict their own access to the bdrummg platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days, maximum permanent). Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation by the support team. During a self-exclusion period, bdrummg will use all reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded player from logging in, depositing, or placing bets. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdrummg's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Platform Availability

bdrummg does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure failures, and events beyond bdrummg's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks) may result in temporary unavailability. bdrummg will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance and to minimise the duration of any unplanned outages. bdrummg is not liable for any losses — including loss of potential winnings — incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the bdrummg platform are provided by independent third-party studios. bdrummg is not responsible for errors, disconnections, or incorrect game behaviour caused by the game provider's own systems, provided that bdrummg takes all reasonable steps to facilitate resolution once such issues are reported. In cases where a third-party game provider acknowledges a verified technical error that affected game outcomes, bdrummg will work with the provider to apply the appropriate remedy in accordance with the provider's own published error resolution policy.

8.3 Player Responsibility

Players use the bdrummg platform voluntarily and accept that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. bdrummg provides responsible gaming tools to help players manage that risk, but the ultimate responsibility for gambling decisions — including the amount wagered, the frequency of play, and the choice of games — rests with the individual player. bdrummg is not liable for financial losses resulting from a player's personal gambling decisions, provided that bdrummg has fulfilled its obligations under these Terms.

8.4 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version for all legal purposes. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms as published and any translation or summary of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

8.5 Amendments to These Terms

bdrummg reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms is always available at https://bdrummg.net/terms-conditions. Where an amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, bdrummg will provide at least 14 days' notice of the change via the registered email address on file. Players who do not agree to an amendment must close their account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
